For new patients

Welcome. Here's what to expect.

The first visit is mostly listening. We want to understand what you came in for, what your history looks like, and what you would like the experience of going to the dentist to feel like.

Your first appointment.

  1. 01

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early

A bit of buffer for the first-visit paperwork. If you prefer, fill out the forms ahead of time once digital intake is live (see below).

  2. 02

Bring your insurance card and a medication list

Even if you do not have dental insurance, we can discuss what your visit will cost up front. We accept most major plans and offer financing options.

  3. 03

    A full first-visit exam

Comprehensive exam, X-rays as needed, and a cleaning if appropriate. Dr. Vinnikov will explain what she sees and discuss any next steps with you.

  4. 04

Leave with a plan, not a sales pitch

You will know what is recommended, what is optional, and the cost of each path. Decisions about treatment happen with you, not at you.

Insurance & financing

We accept most major plans.

We work with most major dental insurance carriers and can verify your benefits ahead of your visit. For patients without insurance, we offer transparent self-pay pricing and financing through CareCredit.

TODO: ask Pasha — specific insurance carriers we accept, once Dr. Inna confirms the current list.

Online intake forms

Coming soon.

Digital patient intake forms are coming as part of a phase-two upgrade. For now, forms are completed in the office at your first visit. Plan an extra ten minutes for paperwork.
